Arrived at a charming location with stunning views. The staff received us with great warmth and offered us excellent coffee and cake upon arrival. Our room had an incredible bathroom and a wonderful private terrace. Parking on the property was no problem. What's more, the food in the restaurant was fantastic. We were pleased to find that the hotel had a multilingual staff.
We had a small issue when we tried to use the safe, but it was not a big deal. We would have liked the property to have better toilet facilities given the pricey tariff.

The hotel had a nice breakfast buffet and the staff were very friendly. the location was good, close to the main shopping street and a park. the decorations for Christmas were very beautiful and added to the holiday spirit.
The room was old and outdated, with stained carpets and dusty surfaces. the heater was not working properly, making the room cold and uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to the ferry at Ancona. The room service was top-notch and the housekeeping staff kept our room immaculate. We also appreciated the laundry service, which helped us stay fresh during our trip. The shuttle service was an added bonus, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the room amenities were fantastic, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We were able to relax in the sitting area and felt secure with the in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in our room was a lifesaver, allowing us to stay connected and plan our activities. The garden furniture was a lovely addition, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
